Hey my beats earphones are fully charged. While charging they don't flash or anything. But when I go to try to listen to music, my beats will flash white, red and sometimes both and I can't play my music. How do I fix this? null

All that reseting and updating stuff is pointless I had the same problem and solved it by pinching and running my finger across the bendy wire that goes around your neck it fixes it everytime I think it does that because you have a loose wire in your earbuds and by doing that it puts it back in place.

This is the problem I just had, I called Apple and since it’s been 7 months since the last pair were replaced for being broken there is no warranty. I read online this is probably a short inside.. call Apple ASAP to try to get replacement before warranty is up.

I believe when it’s flashing it’s in pairing mode. If you have anything other than an iPhone that’s how you pair them. You hold the button down for 5 seconds or so, if you have an iPhone you only hold it for a second and it will go into a pairing mode. It sounds like it’s in a pairing mode. Hope this helps.
