• There was nothing extra I had to do to get sound in both pieces. It does have to be in your ear for it to work.

• Just connect them to your phone then put them in your ear and hit play on a song or video

• You may need to reset and reconnect then place both in ear as they should both play at the same or solo interchangeably.

• I just placed them in my ears and followed the steps on my phone when they connected. I figure this isn’t happening for you but you’ll probably need to forget device and try reconnecting again and make sure your select your preferences for both to be detected and play while in ear.
