Supports most Bluetooth , depends on your tv , if it has bluetooth, you should be able to.

It would depend on if your tv has the ability to connect bluetooth devices. This would normally require you have a smart tv. Alternatively I know a lot of soundbars can connect to headphones. But yeah it all depends on your device but if it has bluetooth capabilities you're good to go.

If you can connect them to your antenna and you use local channels.
