Hi Is there a warranty with the Beats? null

Everything that you buy new pretty much comes with a year warranty by the manufacture. I had an issue with my right earbud. It wasn’t working correctly they replace the earbud, but I had to send in the unit first is a very awesome process.

Yes. I believe you must you must request extended when ordering.

yep the usual 1 year and you can also purchase extra Apple Care if you so desire
