There was nothing extra I had to do to get sound in both pieces. It does have to be in your ear for it to work.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just placed them in my ears and followed the steps on my phone when they connected. I figure this isn’t happening for you but you’ll probably need to forget device and try reconnecting again and make sure your select your preferences for both to be detected and play while in ear.
