Q: QuestionI got these 3 days ago and every time I use them (mostly while working out or running) they frequently pause my songs and audiobooks and I can't figure out why. I don't think I'm bumping the pause button on the side.

• A:Answer If they sense in any way that they are not touching your ears fully they will pause videos and music...if i lightly lift an earbud just to reposition or itch they pause.
