Do these have transparency mode? null

Unfortunately no. These do not have noise cancelling feature. The silicone ear tips do fit tightly against the ear, which kind off gives you a sensation of noise cancellation; however, it is passive noise canceling and not active...meaning the right fit of the tip does its part in cancelling outside noise to an extent; however it does not have any dedicated mics of its own for active noise cancellation. If that is off importance to you, I’d suggest try the AirPods Pro; those are great earphones too which do fit it quite well and is a huge leap compared to AirPods 2.
