If you go into your TV settings look up bluetooth and hold the button for your beats with them inside your case until the light turns white you should be able to connect them. Hope this helps.

I paired it the same way I paired my cell phone for those who have issues with it. Make sure both earbuds are in the case hold down the small button on the inside for it to turn white then hold it to TV while finding Bluetooth.
