“well when i put my ear phones on only the right one works and i tried everything to make them both work at the same time but it is not work can you please help me?”

• Place both headphones in the case and hold the little button until it starts blinking, then afterwards forgot Bluetooth and set everything up again. Other than that it might be low battery. Best of luck!!

• Try re-pairing the headphones (forget device and re-pair). I've had similar issues and that fixed it. Otherwise it may be a bad headphone. They should work independently.
