Im trying to connect it to my laptop and computer both are Microsoft i dont know if that makes the difference but its not popping up at all. Though i press the beats on its side? or do i do something else thanks null

I have 3 windows computers, one of them a macbook pro with bootcamp. These do not work in Windows on any of my machines. They pair but never connect.

If your devices have bluetooth, it should be fast and painless. If they don't automatically connect, just go into your menu and pair them that way. I haven't had any issues. Maybe try setting the case next to your device, open the case while leaving the buds in them.

put them in pairing mode by pressing and holding the button in the case, then add them via windows Bluetooth menu 

while the headphone are in the case though...

No the case is not wireless it’s a plug-in case it’s it’s a beats pro
