• Go to bluetooth settings on phone look for paired devices... fine the beats one... then click unpair. After that do the pairing sequence again. Should be good to go

• Tell your for to forget the device. Reboot ur phone and beats. Power button + volume down for 10 seconds. Re-pair them. Should be good!

• Try turning off cell phone and bluetooth for about 5min it should work
