Delete them from the Bluetooth section also hold the power button down until the light blinks twice. It should work after that

Have you paired it with anything else but your phone? If so, you need to “forget the device” on the Bluetooth setting before you pair it with anything else.

Hold the power button until the light blinks then pair it with your phone.

According to the directions, you must have iOS 10 or higher if you have an iPhone. I tried to sync my daughter’s phone and it wouldn’t work. Had to update the iOS. Hope this helps.

Try to reset using settings on your phone.
