Yes if you are able to find the original receipt and it’s under a Year since purchase

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you bought it within a year take it to Best Buy, if they can’t help they’ll give you phone number to the manufacturer to start a claim. I’ve only had this happen with Bose headset and within 5 days I had a brand new pair with a return labeled box to send in the non-working pair. Good luck!
