QuestionI bought Powerbeats 3. I only had them 5 months and i try to turn it on and it just blink white. I was wonder if I can exchange them?

- Answer If you purchased the extended warranty through best buy you can otherwise best buy has a 60 return/exchange policy after that the manufacturer warranty will come into play and you will have to contact the manufacturer about a replacement. Hope this helps.

- Answer Probably the same reason my begin to fail after 3 months. Sweat! Not sure if you use them for working out, but that was the primary reason for me purchasing these and that's exactly what happened.

QuestionWhat is the purpose of the wire that connects the 2 ear pieces together? Is this a wire inside the plastic that transmit a signal to the ear pieces or is it just for the purpose that the 2 ear pieces are connected together to prevent you from losing them?

- Answer I bought the Defiant Red. The box does display as powerbeats 3 and it also has a sticker on the box that reads 12 HR Battery Life.

- Answer BB seems to have lots of the black colored ones, less of the other colors. My store was very helpful in locating some white ones and getting them into my hands. Recommend ask your store for assistance.

QuestionThe earbuds on my old pair easily broke away from the ear harness twice. I was wondering if this issue is prevalent, and if so, was there anything done to remedy it? Is there a warranty plan that covers this issue?
