• You need to contact Apple Care, not leave a comment on the item listing. They can give you a quote and locations to have the item repaired if that is an option.

• Some of the beats you buy come with the option of apple care which is extra but if something happens to them you take them to apple. If you don't have apple care you can still take them to them and see what they can do.
