Will help someone with Tinnitus? null

I've suffered a couple of concussions and get "vestibular" migraines as a fall out. I love most things about the buds, but the Active Noise Cancelation isn't one of them. ANC actually has a slight buzz too it and can cause issues if you have tinnitus or other issues like mine. If definitely avoid these of that's an issue and look into something that doesn't have ANC. Even with the ANC off these stop make everything around you echo strangely. Hope that helps.

Unfortunately I do not think so. Try considering the causes (high blood pressure, meniere’s, adverse effect of medication) and treat it.
