• Both sides of what? The headphones? Sounds like they’re broken. Well, I guess they don’t really sound like anything.

• If only one side is working try and reset them ! If it’s having this problem in Bluetooth the headphones may be defective if it’s happening with an audio cable attached, make sure it’s pushed in all the way and/or the device is set to the proper settings
