Same here. Had less than 60 days. BB employee said they were much better product prior to the Apple acquisition (used to metal, now plastic). Now have to pay $29 to repair/replace! Should be a class action! Check TikTok to see so many experiencing same issue!!!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy will only send the headphones to Apple for repair. Hopefully you bought Apple care with your headphones as this repair is covered under that warranty. Same thing happened to mine.
