QuestionThis is the 2nd pair of Beats headphones I've owned. My 1st pair were the Solo. I had them for years but didn't use them all the time. Towards the end, I thought they were just going bad because they cut in and out. These do it too. Anyone else?

- Answer Hi Magna, They should work with any Bluetooth enabled device, including Android flip phones and Samsung phones. Mine work as intended with an iPhone so far, not connection issues so far. I hope this helps to make your decision!

- Answer The headphones support what’s called ANC (active noise cancellation) while they do noise cancel, they aim to cancel out active noise (people talking, the sounds of cars driving or ambient noise) they will dampen the sound of say power tools and gun fire but there will be some sound leakage due to those sounds not actively being played. It will take the microphone a few seconds to cancel it out.

- Answer Hi fellow BB costumer, Oh well! Sales can come and go like the wind, my friend. I can't say for sure when a sale will end. Best Buy or the manufacturer's site might have that info, but from my experience, if you see a good price, grab it. Deals can disappear faster than a plate of cookies at a kids' party.

- Answer One small power/bluetooth button on the right ear. You can pause/skip and turn volume up and down using the buttons on the left ear. The big Beats symbol is pause/skip and the circular parts around it act as volume buttons.

- Answer Hello, It’s best to buy the Beats Solo instead of these. These are bigger over the ear, meanwhile the Beats solo offer the same quality while being able to fit smaller heads. Hope this helps!
