• They were great! Until...January 12, 2025, 3 weeks after I received these for Christmas, the right earpiece now has a persistent whooshing sound. Nothing I tried has resolved it...

• headphones feel really cheap out of the box and connecting to the app just to have noise cancellation is a joke when you're trying to use the aux while at a computer
