“How long does the magnet last? Should it be removed after use or left in vent?”

• I leave my MagSafe holder in the vent and the magnet is built in and does not lose it’s holding ability. It works very well.

• Hi! The magnet should last for a long time as long as the mount is used and stored properly. Avoid placing credit cards, security badges, passports, or key fobs in between the phone and the mount as it might damage the magnetic strips or RFID chips in those items. Leaving it on the vent shouldn’t be an issue unless the vent releases extreme temperatures. These are the recommended temperatures: Operating temperature: 0°C to 40°C under normal humidity (10% to 90% relative humidity) Storage temperatures: -40°C to 85°C with 5% to 95% relative humidity
