go to the store that you purchased it . Maybe they can pull up the receipt if you have an account with them. Best Buy did it for me. They gave me a number to call for replacement. It has a 1 year warrantee Mine was 9 months and they cheerfully replaced it. This really is a great product. I used mine very hard for those nine months.

Try cleaning the charging port on your phone gently with a wooden toothpick.
