“I have a MacBook Air, 2012. I could type the numbers but 'clear' and 'delete' keys are not functioning, so I have to use delete key on the main keypad to erase what I typed in. Why those keys are not working but number keys?”

• It works on my desktop not my laptop. That may be the issue.
