mine came without serving spoon. does it come with it or not.. Features says it does. so which is which?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Bella CS (above) does not answer. Their response is "take it or leave it; you can get a refund or live without what we promised you." Actually, they avoided that answer, but that is apparently the underlying response. Under listed features, it clearly says "Each pot comes with a serving spoon and spoon rest for buffets made easy". And further it says "Includes … 3 lids, 3 spoon rests, 3 serving spoons". However, in the images and in the unboxing video (December 2025), no spoons are shown. Rather, 3 lid rests are shown as being included, even though they aren't mentioned among the features. It appears that the "spoon rests" are simply notches in the rims of the pots. That is arguably an included feature but hardly an included item, as a spoon or a lid would be. The bottom line is, if you're reading this prior to purchasing it, you will probably not get the expected spoons but will get unexpected (perhaps) lid rests. (Tbh the lid rests are probably more useful and more needed but there's really no excuse for the misinformation to not be corrected by now. And shame on Bella CS for not being able or willing to provide the information a random customer was able and willing to.)
