Is this toaster oven BPA free? null

I don't know about the chemicals but, when it said to wipe out interior with damp cloth and wash rack and pan in soapy water. Then heat 15 minutes at highest setting. My mistake was doing that inside in winter. The oil it was supposed to burn off really stunk up my whole house. Maybe do that step outside.
