A:AnswerOn the manufacture's website, it only mentions PFOA-free non-stick cooking pan and crisping tray. But it does not mention it is BPA free. You may need to contact them directly to get this answer.
A:AnswerI have not done cake or cookies but I have done fried bread dough. I get a 11” round cake pan in mine pretty easily. As far as baking goes I’d probably look at the owners manual to see if it’s possible but you can always experiment and let the rest of us know what you did and how it worked or didn’t work. I will be returning or disposing. very misleading to not include any of this in the product specifications.
