“My clean light came on the other day. I read the instructions and ran the clean mode. The directions are not very clear. The unit pumps only some of the solution through then stops. I tried several more times, but the yellow light never turned off. help ?”

I figured it out. The unit starts and stops a number of times during the cleaning cycle and eventually finishes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Would love to know how to make the clean function work. We've filled with water and vinegar and pushed clean and nothing happened. Ended up hitting "Brew Now" and ran it through, but yellow light is still on as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To start the clean cycle hold the Clean button until it stops flashing and is solid. Then press the brew button. The cycle takes awhile as it cycles on and off to let the solution sit in the machine. After it runs the light goes off.

You also have to run a couple "brew now" cycles with clear water afterwards to clean out any lingering solution.
