Be advised there are two versions of this unit! Maybe 3!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this issue at the beginning. Make sure the touch screen part is clean. Use light taps. Make sure to have the time and temp sorted before pressing the start button or it will not activate if other options have not been picked

I dont know why but seems that in this model the touch control dont work properly, try to use a piece of plastic bag between your fingr and the contrl butom. I have a smaller fro bella 4.5 qt and its work perfectly good.
