“Is there an easy way to take the unit apart and clean the fan blades or at least clean wear grease tends to spatter? I have another unit that I simply cannot clean at all because you can't take it apart without probably ruining it.”

I never take the fan blade off to clean but my wife try to. I ended up replaced a new one.
