Absolutely!!! I've made steak in this and it comes out perfectly!!!! The taste is a little different because if you're used to grilling or pan searing your steak then you may be used to that charbroiled taste which you won't get in this air fryer. However, it comes out perfectly and if you season your steak well then its perfect!
