A:Answer I would first say ensure there’s open space behind the vent, so air can be circulated. Secondly try setting the temperature and the desired food options and timing on the screen, if it just say 15 minutes and won’t allow you to add more time, just hit start, once it’s cooking try and adjust the time, the settings was probably meant for a safe standard cooking time.
