• No you dont. It cooks best with unbreaded flour though. We cook wings with season only in the airy fryer. We also do this with salmon and steak tips.

• Sure just rub a bit on grates or use a spray oil like doesn't need much especially if your food already has oil like chicken tenders or fish sticks.
