“it worked fine at first, BUT the heater stopped during cooking. I tried to pause to cook and resume the cooking, sometimes it started again and most of the time NOT. What's really wrong with this fryer?”

This happened to me too. Its just poor quality. Good Luck. There seems to be an issue with the ones sold during Black Friday sale. Did you get the issue resolved? I haven't. Customer service keep giving me the run around.
