There are two slide out crumb trays on the bottom back of the unit.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To clean the crumbs that have collected in the toaster, you would need to unplug the unit and slide out the crumb trays on the back side of the toaster. There is a crumb tray for each toaster.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unplug the toaster. Turn the toaster so you can see the back of it. Reach under the back of each toaster slot, and there will be a small crumb drawer to pull out. Hope this helps!
