• Salmon ia actually easy. However. The thicker the fillet, the longer the cooking time.

• I cook Salmon Fillets at 350-400 for about a half hour with perfect results!

• I recommend putting oil on the fish especially the skin before grilling then grill skin side down first.

• I've used a grill screen so salmon won't fall apart when you turn it over. I also cover loosely with a foil tent to keep smoke a smell to a minimum.
