“How to get support? Supposed to have 2 yr warranty but broke at 1 month. Latch to open top warped and fell out, will not fit back in so can't open top. Support says contact Best Buy which says contact Bella - now what?”

I basically was told i was only going to receive a refund instead of a warranty exchange. I still have received a refund and this was done through bella corporate. Not a helpful company
