If you check your Best Buy account online they are listed next to your past purchases that qualify.

It is an e-card, so you must follow the email link to download it to your Best Buy account. Some people have the Best Buy app for their account but it also works for your online account if you purchase online. Putting it on the app helps if you purchase in-store and need to show the e-card barcode for scanning.

The Details to redeem the E-Gift card will be available in order status. Go to your EGift Order and click on Claim my E-Gift.
