- Answer E-cards don't work the same as physical gift cards--you have to use the whole value of the e-card in one purchase or lose what remains. Write to customer service if you have a question about this.

- Answer You will receive the E-card once you have verified your email and they (Best Buy) have processed the order that gives you the e-card and shipped the product for your choice of delivery (pickup at the chosen Best Buy store or delivered to a physical address where you received packages)
