• That happened to me too. I had to go back to my orders and purchases under my account. And reclaim the e certificate. Name number same pin and it worked.

• The best thing you can do is go to the store, if you had any issues they will fixt it at the moment and sometimes they can do some combo with other deals or coupons that you may.
