Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I removed film when I repositioned for better reception. My channels are actuality picking up better now. Not sure if it is supposed to be removed but if you have reception issues try a different placement. I have mine in upper window, tried placing high on wall but reception was terrible. If you're having reception issues you may have to opt for a more expensive antenna with amplifier.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found the same thing. After I removed the plastic wrap to permanently install the antenna to the wall I lost some of the stations. For some reason, maybe it is better to leave the plastic film it on but the instructions make no mention of it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try to use an outdoor antenna like the Model: RF-ANT50UD, it features up to 60-mile reception range. Ensures a clean, clear signal. Please visit https://www.fcc.gov/media/engineering/dtvmaps to check for the DTV signals that are available at your location. * The reception will vary based on factors like geography and location of the broadcast signal; antenna, hills, building and even tall trees can impact reception.
