• 1. Put 3-4 drops of cleaning fluid in cleaning cassette's fluid fill hole. 2. Insert cleaning cassette into VCR and press Play. 3. After about 20 seconds, rewind cassette and eject.

• Im pretty sure here is only one Head . Does both play an record. If anything press rewind an fast forward while in play mode. My advice use as instructions say. Does take a lot to clean. It’s just dust you are getting rid of.

• The order does not really matter. I always play first then record next. The play is the most likely problem, run it twice, maybe three times.
