Even their less expensive repair plan does not cover hardware, I learned this several years back. I’ve been a member for many years and have always kept a plan on all my products. A refurbished laptop I had ordered came with a slight dent in at the power plug, (it caused the plug to constantly fall out), and when I brought it in they told me that hardware was not covered under the plan. My SO very gently pulled it straight for me, like everyone else I purchase plans because I cannot afford repairs. I just purchased this total tech, I’m still waiting for answers to my questions.
