While yes one of the main selling points is discounted services through Geek Squad and in home services too. The main selling point for me if you frequently purchase the Geek Squad protection plan (GSP) whenever buying products at Best Buy they are 25% which if you are purchasing over $3500 a year with GSP's as well then you can actually save money buying Total Tech support just with the discount on GSP for your purchases. Plus my experiences at store 570 in Columbus, Ohio have gone far and above expectations when I brought in a service out of warranty for repairs. All done for free albeit the repairs were done through guidance and how to to resolve my directrices issue regardless of lack of current GSP. If you stop most of your doing at Best Buy please do yourself a favor and get this for the discounts on their GSP's , the money saved through 25% discount can easily add up to over $199 in a year with some major purchases. And if you after like me consolidate your families purchases under one Best Buy account to take advantage of this.

Love having all the services this program includes. I have had two televisions mounted (which paid for the plan alone)! The free tech support, in home and in store, alone makes it worthwhile. And the discounts on all Geek Squad protections plans give me peace of mind if something goes wrong!

If you are asking the right questions to a client like How many devices are in your house? Do you plan on getting x/y/z/ setup? When you have issues who do you go to now? Then you can pitch TTS to the client in a way that makes sense for them. TTS is a great plan that offers a whole heck of a lot, but not everything makes sense to the client you talk too. So you don't need to pitch every benefit of it. It's 24/7 support for any device, no stupid questions. Covers 1on1 trainings for up to 30/60mins (appt only), and we can answer any questions or show a client how to do something. It's more of a comfort piece knowing if something goes wrong we can probably fix it.

The total tech support membership is one of the best moves I have made since entering the digital/computer world, several years ago. Whenever I have any sort of problem, I can take my laptop to Geek Squad and they have always resolved the problem and usually, have some suggestions to me as to how I can be more efficient in my use of the computer.

This plan pays for itself. I’ve utilized its contents with mostly all my electronics. Other family members have utilized it as well. Not having to pay so much for cleaning computers out and unlocking devices that are mines is a no brainier. I recommend anyone with tech to give this a try. Plus, when you purchase Apple products you can get a certain amount off as well.

This membership is worth the cost if you plan on multiple repairs, installs or tech support. I installed two products, repaired a computer and received tech support on a tablet, all of which more than covers the cost of membership for one year, and I still have 6 months left. And the best part is Geek Squad service is awesome and they do good work.

We've had to use TTS on 5 or 6 occasions over the past couple or so years and have always had good and prompt service. My only con is that the 1 year contract is automatically renewed, unlike e.g Amazon and some others where I can cancel the automatic just by going to my account; whereas, with TTS you can cancel BUT you have to phone call Customer Service to do it.

Best Buy Total Tech Support Membership, will make you trade in your Golf clubs and membership to get the most important put, the backup and sure shot, that will lead to a jelly score and a put that guarantee your Total Tech Support Team. The Put Score doesn't get any better than that.

This is our second year of having Total Tech Support. The discount it gives on Geek Squad and Magnolia extended warranties and installs is terrific. The only thing I don't like is they bundle it with Micro Trend Internet Security which I never use. You can't buy Total Tech without it.

Total Tech Support has come in so handy since I got it as a gift for my mom. She's been able to use it to have things installed or to get help with tech she's unfamiliar with. Total time and sanity saver!

The protection plan has saved me so much money. I have called the Geek Squad to my residence at least four times. Each time they worked on my computers until the were up and running perfectly again. I know that I will purchase the protection plan again when the year is up.

This is my second time getting the geek squad protection. I didn’t understand how it worked until the end of my last plan. Now that I understand it, I fully recommend it and wish I would have taken full advantage the first time around.

I bought this membership as a gift from me to me (LOL), but as I share it with my family, it has more than paid for itself. It comes with a choice of either the TrendMicro or Webroot security suite.

So glad to have the Total Tech Support membership. It has paid for itself a couple of times. It is also nice to get discounts on some services too. Thanks Geek Squad for all of your help!

I got this while buying a new pc and printer. But, thankfully the items I got had great directions and work great. I am by far not a user friendly electronics person. I just wish it had a different agreement so when I do need help I could use it. It’s been 3 years now and I know I will need it soon, but it lasts only 1 year after purchase.

Love having this handy like a warranty per say for many things, absolutely worth the bucks in fact i bought 2 memberships for 2 households

Pricey, but worth having. The first time I used it, it paid for itself. Wait until it goes on sale for $50 off then buy it.
