It's okay - good for one time

Also the other covered service such as taking care of other tech are not covered. so be specific when sign up

If you cannot get it activated it is no good.

It was not activated and I have spent Days and hours trying to get it activated to no avail. Last week in 3 hours 3 different agents promised it was activated NOW. It is not. Still not.

Good but not really worth it

Returned bc I was told that in-home service was also included but turned out there is a $49.99 charge for this service. Really don’t need other services included as repair of hardware is generally not included.
