So far it’s been ok. Think it’s a bit expensive but my computer was so gone and they brought it back. It was corrupted beyond repair but they repaired it lol

This was purchased at the time of appliance purchase which was covered (delivered & installed) but after few months and even recently in December 2021; I went to the store for fixing my appliance then It was denied. Also the other covered service such as taking care of other tech are not covered. so be specific when sign up

Purchased to update our original service that expires this month. Love having the piece of mind of having the Total Tech Service. Have used it several times in our home and with our families electronic devices.

This membership has been a necessity in my life. Not only has it paid for itself in discounts for purchase protection plans and apple but I also have access to computer services and special offers it’s great!

I love Total Tech Support but I bought this July of 2021. It was not activated and I have spent Days and hours trying to get it activated to no avail. Last week in 3 hours 3 different agents promised it was activated NOW. It is not. Still not.

Got for a gift for parents that are tech challenged. Will help them get their security cams installed and set up a home theater. Great gift idea.

ilove having the total tech support. the geek squad is good. except now that coronavirus is here, it screws up everything. they do not even take in repairs

Purchased as it included several services and I liked the fact it had in home service as well. Returned bc I was told that in-home service was also included but turned out there is a $49.99 charge for this service. Really don’t need other services included as repair of hardware is generally not included.

The membership will cover a lot of services; I purchased the membership to cover the cost of car electronics installation. Also got the membership at a discount.

This plan does actually pays for itself. I use it all the time from installations, repairs, and discounted purchases. I will definitely renew.

this covewrs all my hous equpment from computers to appliances to test of appliance for operability.

This was an excellent purchase for our household. It paid for itself with the full installation of our new audio equipment in our truck.

I just re-upped for another year of total tech support. All best buy customers should buy it if they have not done so yet.
