Best money I have spent

If I move my wireless printer across the room it will no longer work so I call upon TTS. They solve my problem. Any time I have computer problems I get a technician to remote connect and they solve it. They are always knowledgeable about what needs to be done to solve my problem. Best $200 I have spent in years. I will renew it every year I can afford it.

Poor customer service

I’ve had an additional problem from that visit. I absolutely dislike the virtual chat. I got nowhere with that and it took awhile before I actually got to talk with a person. I was on the phone with her for 1.5 hours. She couldn’t find record of my plan. I never got my issue looked at. There’s more to this story but I don’t feel like going into it. Very dissatisfied!
