WARNING: Trend Micro is "free" for 6 months but tech support is for one year. CONFUSING.
Tech support was first rate.
After 6 months, I paid for one year Trend Micro but they said it was cancelled after 6 months. CONFUSING.

I bought this as a gift for my parents they’re very bad with technology and so am I however I still can’t activate it because the instructions give the wrong telephone number and you go from one person to another and I think I’ve spoken to 12 so far and no one can help me activate it so now I’m going down to Best Buy to see if they can hook me up finally

Have been subscribed to Total Tech for awhile and have gifted the year service for total tech to a couple of friends but its time to move somewhere else. I ordered a part scheduled my appointment weeks ahead and when I arrived to drop my car the Tech was late, I waited and his greeting was I think you do not have all the parts so if he has doubts why he did not confirm with me or called me instead he waited few weeks for me to drive one hour to tell me that he needs to order parts really that is unacceptable so I am out of Total Tech moving somewhere else would definitely no longer recommend this coverage

When they’re hitting on all eight cylinders they’re good unfortunately most the times I put in a call I get shuffled around they can’t find my account and they can’t schedule an appointment a lot of excuses so I’ve gone five months now without being able to use it at all and that’s a little disturbing also they are still where you get an Apple pod mini and no one’s ever given it to me yet I asked and asked and I just shuffle me around from one person to the next be very cautious

8 hours now 1 hour in store and three on phone and two on chat and one on hold. Agent Roberto started installing icloud and office, accidentally restarted computer and now my entire day is wasted and now i can not even sign in to my microsoft account, great job. Now can i get my money back, the worst.

Writeup neglected to say it was for a NEW gift subscription. I thought it was an early purchase lower price to get you to buy early. Not the case. Took conversations with Best Buy CC to take it off. Better textual descriptions next time!
