For cameras we do recommend a free site survey before install to verify the cameras can be installed in the locations you choose. For TV mountings with the purchase of a TV the mounting service is free but could have additional charges depending on the wall it is installed onto and if you are wanting in wall wiring. - Answer Possibly, if the TV was purchased specifically at Best Buy or if the specific model is sold at Best Buy. I'd be careful though. They say they'll cover "EVERYTHING" until it comes time to, then they break out the fine print.
