Very disappointing that Web Root coverage was discontinued as being part of the Total Tech Support package and no one even made me aware of this change! Also, it seems odd, you make this change in the middle of my TTS subscription and put this additional expense on to your TTS customers. I have been a TTS member for several years and will be reevaluating my future membership.
