“Will the unit filter out that nursing home smell/odor”

• I don't live in a nursing home, so can't answer those smells. But it does remove cooking odors, so see no reason it cannot handle other odors.

• The entire nursing home or just an individual room? I can't say for sure but I will tell you it does make the air fresh in office rooms and conference rooms. I would definitely try it
