Hi Art - Filter life varies based on run time and existing air conditions. It is recommended to replace both the pleated and activated carbon filter once every six months. The Activated Carbon Filter 2677 and the pleated High Efficiency Filter 2804 are available through BISSELL online or over the phone at 800-237-7691.

First filter is actually the decorative, gray front panel (with sponge foam liner). These can be gently cleaned--even lightly vacuumed. Two major filters are next; one of a HEPA- quality fluted substance; one of an enclosed mesh of activated charcoal. EVENTUALLY, all three filters will require change. The two major filters are disposable only. Panel on air320 indicates which major filter needs replacing.
